WebJul 6, 2010 · I have a pop-up form whose record source is a table and in that table is a field called SortOrder which is a textbox on my form. I want to order the records by the SortOrder on the form. I set Order By = SortOrder and Order By On Load = Yes. However, it won't order the records by SortOrder. WebDec 2, 2015 · Have it open in design view and then run the VBA to open the report... and the report ignores the WhereCondition when it opens in print preview or is sent to the printer (opps, sorry tree :( ). Are there any VBA/Macro codes running in the On_Current, On_Load, On_Open, On_Activate, On_Filter,.... Or for that matter any of the events in the report?

That makes Access requery the subform's recordsource and assign the resulting recordset to the subform, and apparently it loses track of the DataEntry filtering in the process.
