If the refrigerant is low, it'll affect the passenger's side first, and then the driver's. At least, that's how it was explained to me (but it was explained better ).
WebIf so, then it is most likely a blend air door. Keep in mind, you only have one heater core. If one side gets heat, then the core is working and both should get heat.
